Does one have to pay for one's sprog if said sprog is in a sling? does one have to pay for a baby in a pushchair?

I've not ventured out much since she was born, but i feel these could be useful bits of info, if anyone knows.

I think it's free up to 5 however you take them.

There is no cost for children under 5 whether they are in a sling or a pram etc.

If you take the bus make sure you take the sling, or go at a quiet time, most buses can only fit 2 prams and i have had to wait many time for the next bus cause i wasnt first in the queue, only problem with that is you cannot then buy much in town as there's no where to put it!! But it is free either sling or pram!!
