A new shop is about to open on Commonside next to the Springvale pub. It's called Twentytwo, and has the web site www.twentytwoshop.com, which is currently just a holding page.

Anyone know what it's going to sell?

I thought it was student digs next to the springvale, have they turned it into a shop now then?

i've noticed that. its intriguing.

it'll probably turn out to be some dull kite shop or something though.

So... No more ideas on this one? Surely someone must know something? I guess I might have to be patient and wait and see!

Incidentally the Take5 Cafe on the corner of Springvale Road has just gone up for sale (not surprisingly). If anyone fancies buying it and turning it into a sausage and mash cafe, please do!!

Shops never seem to last long up there, but I suppose a lot of the students play footy and sports..
