Hello, my girlfriend has just been made redundant and so is reverting back to her original trade, a professional artist, specialising in pet and people portraits. I realise i am ever so slightly biased but she is as good as anyone I have ever seen, the finished painting really is uncannily realistic. I have yet to come across anyone that provide this kind of quality at these prices. All you provide is photographs. I have set her up a basic website at

I have just posted on the forum for her on her behalf so she will be better placed to advise you of price, pretty sure it depends on size and how many people / pets on one painting etc and detail of background and stuff. just as a little update, I spoke to my girlfriend and for the examples on the website, the ones where there is one full dog featured on a detailed background you are looking at about £165 for A4 oil or water colour. This price includes being mounted and framed and so the final product is a little bigger than A4. Different sizes and more animals per picture etc = different price, but just ask her. I just surfed the web to find out what other people are charging and for this kind of service you can double the above price if not more. Any probs drop her an email. I know she has been having problems with Tiscali recently so if anyone has sent her an email since the original post on thsi site they may want to try again as they claim to have fixed it now, sorry about that !!
