Story: 'Case History'

Well, here goes. My first tentative uploading onto the writing group site!

I think I mentioned before that I went to a creative writing evening class years ago, and I've managed to dig out one of the pieces that I wrote for that. Bear in mind that this was written in 1990, hence the references to IRA bombs and so on (though it obviously wouldn't take much updating!). From what I remember the brief was to write a story called Case History, which is what I did... There may have been a word limit too.

Oh boy, I enjoyed that that contribution.

Metalman, that was a sad poignant story that was handled with just the right touch. Well done.
