I'm sorry, but most proffessional web developers kind of insist on money changing hands, kinda complicates things when you're skint :(

What scripting languages does your host provide (ASP/PHP/Perl/C etc).

If you have access to the PHP interpreter there are a few good solutions available.

osCommerce or CubeCart are both pretty good and intuitive shopping carts/catalogues:thumbsup:

What he said :)

I'd pretty much price an ecommerce site with product management at around £1k at least, less if you don't want a backend to manage products and update those yourself.

If it's for a commercial project which this is then why would anyone do it for free? Are you going to give your jewellery away for free?

Don't forget you need the domain and hosting as well.
