Does anyone on here currently live in West One, what sort of council tax prices can i expect should i purchase an appartment there? I'm looking at a 2bed around the £150,000 range, also doesnt have to be west one. I've only been around Wards so far and they also charge quarterly for the service charge, so if anyone has any general costs for the city centre too it would be a great help.

Try to work out how much in total i would have to come up with per month.

Im in a one bed apt and it costs me just over a £100 pounds a month cant find the bit of paper telling me which band im in sorry. Phone the council tell them the address and value and then they will let you know how much your yearly bill will be.

You should be able to find out the council tax band of any property by searching on the above site, you can have a nosy at your neighbours and see if you are paying more than them etc.

A dead handy site for those of us that like to be well informed (or like me are just plain nosy)
