who a few months ago started a thread and said that he could get cars cheaper than the dealers etc.

I remember reading it but can't remember what he's called, and yes I have done a search but didn't find anything but I know I read it on here, anybody else know who it was or remembers the thread??

As in new cars? Sounds like a broker to me. There are loads about and no significant downside to using one.
