Right here is the good and bad news

Good News is the Gala is this Saturday 10th July

Bad News is there are no bands on this year:mad:

Both pubs have new landlords and have decided not to do it this year, mind you it does get a bit out of hand in the evening.

The consolation is you can still drink all day and the Gala is quite a good afternoon out if you have young kids.

The Stannington Carnival is this comming Saturday (10th July).

Just thought I'd give it a plug.
