What do you think the future of student and professional lets will be in Sheffield? With all these one/two bedroom apartments being built around S1, and the new university of Sheffield residence that will be completed in around 2009. Do you think the market will be saturated with buy to let properties? Are investors moving out of Sheffield?

Well I know the university plans to sell off its private houses. This could be because they anticipate reduced demand due to the new student residences they are building.
