I used to live on windyhouse lane, and there was no racistism at all. Where have you got that idea from. There is no truth in it at all. My son wants to move there with his family. When we first moved on the Manor in 84' it was a rough area, but that is all. All the time we lived on the Manor, i never came across ant trouble. Infact i would say it was safer than living here on Darnall. At least on the Manor i was not a prisoner of my own home but here on Darnall i feel i am. After 6pm it is not safe to go out, it is safer to lock all your doors and stay in.

nah i dnt fink it is racist area in general!!!ye u do get racist ppl , but u do all over dnt u.
hilsbrough n surrounding areas there is a lot of racism imo, tho im not sayin every1 dwn there is.

I live at the Manor with my black fiancee and our son and i have to say there are so many different cultures living here now and we have never experienced any racism. I think the Manor used to be a predominantly white estate and used to be labelled as racist but not any more. :)

I believe they have a couple of burning crosses up there as we speak...
