Good luck!! mandy25 15-08-2006, 05:19 PM Thanks I still need somwwhere to get a CV printed out tho as I've seen a lot of jobs I want to apply for but they're only asking for hard copies of CV's crookes 15-08-2006, 05:31 PM In Lincolnshire we have IT Training places in what were local shops. We also have mobile IT College vehicles and libraries all with printing facilities. Have you not got the same in Sheffield? If you know of anything like this maybe they would help you out. Jessops camera shop prints photos, so why not a CV? You could always ask, but I guess you would not get it printed for free from them. Once you have one copy, it's not so hard to get it photocopied, but doesn't look quite so good though I admit and of course still needs paying for. crookes 15-08-2006, 05:33 PM Any Internet drop-in centres around, BTW? Nemi 21-08-2006, 06:13 PM My brother used to work for jobnet they do cv's i know because he did one for me. Contact your local Jobnet office. They produce CV for people who are unemployed or working/studying less than 16 hours per week. You can find out your nearest Jobnet office by calling 0114 2823405. banesmabes 12-12-2006, 02:09 PM Thanks I still need somwwhere to get a CV printed out tho as I've seen a lot of jobs I want to apply for but they're only asking for hard copies of CV's Ring them up and ask for an email address. Most companies accept emailed applications these days, even if they don't say so in their ads - they're pretty archaic if they don't. You are viewing an archive.
