Anyone know of any email server FREEWARE? Just want to try some basic tests to see if I can get it working on my PC. Only thing left to do now, mastered FTP and WWW servers from home PC and now want to add a mail server......nothing complex, a BASIC smtp/pop service that will work with any mail client...

hmm I didn't suggest vPoP3 because it's a paid for product and not free.

VPOP3 outguns most SOHO mailservers on performance, features and configureability. It's a solid product, and I'd recommend it to anyone. (who is using windows).
