Anybody got any ideas on how to jazz up strawberries and champagne

Take the strawberries out of the champagne, cover them in clotted cream and drink the champagne as it's meant to be drunk - without strawberries.

Mix the strawberries with double cream and crushed meringue. (I believe it's called an Eton Mess??)

Eat.

Drink the champers separately.

Enjoy.

(sugar cube + splash angostura + big splosh brandy + cava/ champagne/vin mousse - in that order)

Freeze strawberries and float in cocktail.

Or steep strawberries in mixture of whipped cream and vodka (lots) for Strawberry Romanov, drink champagne.

Gently pour the champers over Sophie Raworth, gently stroke the strawberries across the resultant slightly-damp-with-champers Sophie's tummy.

Eat.

Nice.

Make a sauce by melting some honey with fresh lime juice. After is has melted, chill it in the fridge. When you are ready to serve put a little fresh ground pepper on the strawberries then pour the sauce over and put some fresh mint on top.
Drink the champagne!!!
