I was going to says Fox's is your best bet, or the sound engineering place round the corner from the train station opposite the old music museum thing....

sheffield is generally a bit rubbish for music shops, i would call up manchester ones if your serious about getting some, try johnny roadhouse, i go to nottingham to get my stuff, not music, instruments etc!
