Any knows if the city hall is being cleaned? I've passed it today and wondered what exactly was happening. Hope they are starting to make something nice out of that beautiful building!

It's closed for a major refurbishment, including bringing the building up to standard.

I heard it was making way for some new apartments. :P

Seriously though, Andy is correct it is been refurbished.
