Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced person/small company who would be willing to undertake a small job like this? A recent quote was £700 for drawing up the plans. The area is S12 but comes under North East Derbys DC.

the price quoted is robbery go somewhere else from what you say I cant see you requring planning permission is the garage attached to the house or is it freestanding

How come S12 comes under NEDDC? That doesn't make any sense at all to me. :suspect: :huh: :surprised :nono: :confused: :rolleyes:
