Hi,

I'm looking to join a 5/6-a-side team in Sheffield, so I can play midweek footy. I'm 21, natural position is centre mid but can play anywhere on the park. Just moved to Sheffield for a new job. Looking to play footy midweek as a social thing and to improve my sharpness ready for a season of Sunday League footy.

Preferably would like to join a team which plays not too far away from Nether Edge.

If there's anyone looking for players out there, give me a shout.

I run a 5-a-side club, we have teams that play on Monday nights and from September Tuesday nights too.

I can play anywhere 5 a side and I have played regularly for 14 years now. I am best in midfield 5 a side but can play in defence also.

Training is this Thursday, 7pm at King Edwards School (Darwin Lane Campus)

Its on astroturf so dont bring boots, its on for 2 hours too.

Sounds good, mate. What age group are your teams?

Thurs nights are great - only problem is transport. I don't have a car in Sheffield. Darwin Lane Campus is about a 10 minute drive from Nether Edge Rd where I am. Are there any buses which go out to King Edwards School? A taxi probably wouldn't be too dear. Or do you know of anyone who plays who heads nearby Nether Edge Rd?

Not from sheffield myself mate so i couldnt tell you about bus's.

If you can get to sheffield bus station we can get you lifts to venue and then back to bus station if thats any good?
