I'm going to Spain soon and was wondering if anybody knows if it is possible to travel to Gerona city,not airport, by local transport,bus or train from Calella de la Costa or any coastal resort up to Lloret de mar,thanks

thereis a bus on the half hour to gerona fare is one and half euros. just outside the terminal if you are lucky there is a bus six times a day to lloret fare 8 euros one way but the times are a bit haphazard every time I go seem to just miss one. tha alternative is a taxi approx 45 euros but I STAND and wait to see if a group of four or five are going to lloret and then share with them it brings the cost down to 15 euros each person by the way most taxis carry at least 8
