Probably the nasty people who want to search through the paper rubbish for your bank details and other private info used in fraud.

All my private papers get burnt. I don't have access to a shredder.

I'm in Hunters Bar, and my blue bin hasn't gone... damned if I can ever remember when to put it out though!

The bins originally were provided with a stick-on calendar of collection dates.But the dates have now expired so assume that the collection rota continues.
Thanks to scruffy students quite a lot of blue bins have disappeared or been withdrawn.Some of the students had reading problems and disposed of their half-finished takeway food
in the blue bins provided for paper and card.
In fairness some grown ups have difficulty distinguishing burgers
from newspapers - the trick is the colour and texture.

Could never work out the schedule, and, strangely, next door neighbour's schedule was one day out from mine.

Why can't they just collect the blue bins on the same day as the black bins?

It's almost as if they want to make the blue bin concept fail altogether.

With the amount of paper the CRB generates we can fill one of the blue bins on a weekly basis! Monthly collections are not enough.

onyx sent out a new schedual for collecting the blue bins but instead of stickers they sent us a piece of card which, supprise, supprise, got lost.

I think I accidently recycled it!!
