Are women more devious/calculating then men, I mean they cause trouble between people by telling little white lies. I think women are better at doing this then men, they are better at hiding it. Lads usually just say it how it is.

I know a lot of women who tell whities to protect other women/people. Like the whole 'I'm sure he's lost his phone' when actually you've seen him sticking his tongue down some other girl's throat. Men also just aren't quite as good at the little ones, bigger ones yes like 'I really fancy you...I want this to work out' kinda crap when actaully they're just trying to get into your bed.

No. Some people are more devious and better liars than others. Much as I'd like to say that all blokes are big fat liars, I'm afraid I'm not one to generalize...

I think women generally are more devious and have to get to the bottom of everything and can't let something lie until they have.

Men seem to be able to shrug stuff off and forget about it unless it really does involve them to a serious degree.

That said, I'd never say that face to face to a women.

I don't think women are devious (I know, I'm a woman too, and you may say I'm biased - but I'm just going to be honest here). I think that women and men are NOT the same. (I know I have to be specific here. Whether it's on an emotive level, or a logic level.) This is the difference between men and women. This is something I really believe, and hence I give a pinch of salt when a guy say something, to when a woman say something. As they can mean very different things. However, I notice that people who have been in relationships before and is really in tune with such things will recognise such differences. Even I sometimes ask my male friends to 'decode' a scenario for me. It's hard for me to see it from the other male angle, when I know I will automatically see it from my angle female only. It's all a learning curve really.

= It's called reassurance. Which men are not good at. (Until u learn it.)
Don't jump to the worst scenario just yet unless he has been given a chance to speak for himself. It may not be my place to say these things unless the lady in question trusts me on a friend's level. Otherwise I would be seen as causing trouble ! People earn each others' trusts. Not just to demand it. Expects it. Not to worry the girl unwillynilly is good judgement. Sometimes it's called "protecting the ones that u do love". (By shielding away the hurt...) If the girl asks openly and honest, then yes, one will answer it directly.

= Because we want to know the absolute truth. i.e. no little bits of important information that is left out which may let the whole scenario be seen in a different light. Be factual. Give all facts. She ponders from ALL angles. The women that don't do this probably either know half the story already, or they are just basing their opinions on what little information they see. Or in another case... base it on their own experiences, which they can relate to. Women just have these sixth sense about others' feelings...it's why we're more emotive, and verbal, and uses more words to express ourselves than just one sentence.
