In regards to advertising it, you can do it almost anywhere. Many places online would adverstise for free and many magazines would do a free or cheap advert...

thanks for the info we have listed it in the ad mag thats due out on wednesday,my property is housing association so i would really prefer to go with another housing association or council if need be.
not sure i would need a solicitor for this kind of thing tho.

just fancy a change really, bigger garden for the kids would be great and if it was skeggy then that would be fantastic, close to the beaches etc.
