Fantastic news. James Dean Bradfield, singer/guitarist in Manic Street Preachers, is playing a solo gig at the Leadmill in October (Sat 7th).
Tickets are only on sale to people on his email list for now....but go on general sale tomorrow.
His first solo album The Great Western is excellent, so he'll be well worth seeing. Oh, and no, the Manics are not splitting up, they have an album due next spring.
