View Full Version : Shrek 2 / The LadyKillers Grissom 27-06-2004, 10:07 Has anyone seen Shrek 2 yet ? I very nearly went to see it last night but got put off by millions of kids in the UGC :P Saw The LadyKillers in the end and was so glad I did as it was one the the funniest films I have seen recently :thumbsup: D2J 27-06-2004, 10:16 I saw Shrek 2 last week. I don't personally think its on a par with the first but there is still the classic lines and wit in Shrek 2.. Id recommend it to anyone Top dog! As for the ladykillers (which i've not seen) it's great they remake the old movies as you can get the originals on DVD dirt cheap. Rich 03-07-2004, 12:05 I'm going on Monday to see it, I never see major movies during opening weekend cos I know it'll be jam packed full of kids, especially something like Shrek 2 which has been lauded as the best thing ever by even the Yanks, the world's hardest to please film critics. Lestat 12-07-2004, 13:16 Shrek 2 was very boring! for the first half hour it's ok, but then it go's all sloppy and uses mainly the same gags as you got in the first one. Couldn't wait for it to finish in the end. Weird as I loved the first one!! |
