i'm thinking of getting one off the ground i havn't sorted a venue yet but ive got the dj's,i'm looking at putting it on once a month and mixing good old 60's Mod music with the stuff that came out in the late 70's.I think sheffield could do with an over 30's night with with cracking tunes playing provided by good dj's.
anyone interested.

The Pow Wow Club already exists and is due to have a night in September. Not sure if you know about that already. :)

woah there, brilliant idea, but don't discriminate the under 30's we like mod too!!! Try the Boardwalk it would be fab there and you could even have a featured band.

I nearly knocked myself out on an (overhead) glass lampshade when I was about 14 at a mate's house, pogo-ing too enthusiastically to The Specials Skinhead Moonstomp - it put me right off that type of music!!!
