I was thinking the other day about the 'fun' we had in the school playground.
Does any one remember the 'chinese burn' If you where the victim, the perpretator would grasp your forearm tightly with both hands, then rotate his hands in opposite directions, stretching the skin ...ouch! (this one was a sadistic bully tactic)
'Deadleg' was easy, that involved a knee aimed at the top outside thigh of the victim, this seemed to hit a spot that rendered you unable to walk properly for a while, limping along muttering 'oyer'
Less of a sadistic bully tactic, even I would indulge this one in self defence....
And 'british bulldog' from what I remember, a line of lads would span the width of the plaground, another lot on the opposite side, and on the shout of 'british bulldog' would all run at each other with the aim of 'getting to the other side...' a lot got knocked over when the two teams met in the middle (I think thats when you where 'out'
I think this excersize was repeated untill only one member was left standing...
Has anyone else got any 'playground antics' memories?
