All I know is that it will be back "soon" and with some bloke that was in Casualty as the main Policeman character.

Anybody ever seen either of these being filmed. We spend quite a bit of time in the Whitby and Scarborough areas and have never seen any actors or tv vehicles?

Judging by the depth of plot in these two programmes all the filming is probably done in one afternoon...for the entire series!!:)

I went on a school trip for a week upto pickering, and in that time we went places, and one time I saw Green Grass (big guy who I think has now left the show) they were filming one of the eps, we also was at the shops that was back then in the titles of the program.

I'd agree with Rosie here....

When I was a kid late 1960s / 70s, Sunday afternoons were dinner at 2-30 when dad got back from pub, then a rolling buffet tea from about 4pm until 7pm when I'd be watching the tea time serials on TV...

I think the start of Songs of Praise or Stars on Sunday used to be the cue for me to go and have my bath.

I used to love Hi De Hi when it was on BBC1 on Sunday nights way back in the early to mid 1980s.

Even to this day I still call those Holiday parks in Skeggie etc "Hi De Hi" Holiday camps :D

I cannot believe that All creatures great and small and Robin of Sherwood haven't had a mention yet?!:o

Why do they insist on repeating really rubbish programmes that were only on 6 months previously when you have quality entertainment in series such as these?!

Robin of sherwood is the best version i've seen (though i must admit Michael praed was much better than Jason Connery!)

I still find myself cheesily saying "nothings forgotten, nothing's ever forgotten!" The boy Hood!!! :D
