when im on my documents or my pictures i click on folders in the tool bar the menu where all folders were shown is blank as though there arnt any
i cant understand why they arent there
my sound is also breaking up and my mouse is still dragging even though its set on fast and its also taking me 5mins plus for my pc to load all icons in the bottom start menu bar i had my pc formatterd and still had to reinstall aol twice since ive had nothing but probs with it and its frustrating when i cant fix probs myself and ive had to pay extra money out to get aol9broadband
and pc still playin up
any advise id be grateful

Ahh you see you made the mistake of installing AOL software. You don't actually need the software to use the broadband at all.

Only thing I can suggest is make sure you defrag, run some anti-spyware and anti-virus.

I'm sure others will be able to suggest more :)

Incidentally what spec is your PC as if it's ancient then it will crawl no matter what you do.

Yep probedb is correct, AOHELL software slows down even the fastest PC's, and it is not required if you connect via a router.
Have you cleaned the little ball inside the mouse? presuming iit's not an optical one you have.
Also spyware/adaware will cause the mouse to move very slowly, if at all....do you see the egg timer?
I built a PC for my friends likkle girl and it aint slow when connected to the net, it's a 733 P3, i just upped the ram to 512Meg.
