I've come back from 10 days in Germany and what the blimmin' 'ecks going on!? A collapsed building, Pauline in hospital, Lynne losing the baby. Can anyone enlighten me??

You dont want to know, for some reason they had a helter skelter slide in the square which collapsed and a few people got caught up in it.

Eastenders sucks anyway.

Soaps are supposed to be representative of real life, and you're not telling me they go off like they do on Eastenders in the real East end of London :loopy:

They had an ideal opportunity with that storyline to kill off some of the more annoying characters, and they wasted it. Pauline and Dot survived, the entire ferrera (sp?) family were nowhere near it, Sharon didnt get hurt, and apparently Ian Beales not only going to live, but hes going to get a new woman out of it as well. They should have done what Emmerdale did with the plane crash, and cleared out all the crap characters.

Eastenders has really gone downhill over the years, even people have said that they thought bringing in Shane Richie would be a breath of fresh air and something different, but now he's gone like the rest of them, a sad old moaning minny.

Not even the fact that Kat Slater looks HOT in just about everything can save it, even when she's won the sexiest woman award at the National Soap Awards ceremony for the last 2 years running.

I wouldn't have thought Kat was the sexiest soap character... too much make up for me!!!!
