My pc runs well as a mate of mine set it up well, so I've taken everything I can to clean theirs up, F-Secure, Adaware, Spyware blaster and Spybot, which has removed 10 viruses of various types but there are still around 14 trojans which can't be removed by the progs I've used.
The files need to be manually removed and are somewhere in hkey/windows/something something but I don't know what it means by all that.
How can I manually remove them all?
I'm going back down there tomorrow to see what more I can do if anyone can point me in the right direction please?

When I get something like that I usually put the name of the virus into the search engine and it finds a specfic cure.

You mention several antispyware programs, but no antivirus programs....I hope you've tried one or more of those as well (but not Norton!!!!!).
You could try Windows Defender, which in some cases can deal with stuff the others can't.
There are loads of threads (even recent ones) which give you any information you might need. In fact, I think there was a thread started extremely similar to this in the past week or so.

Unless you are confident editing the registry, then leave well alone.
Lots of these viruses/spyware just replicate themselves anyway.
Lots of useful programs here (http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html) to remove stubborn spyware ect.
Have found this useful in removing trojans, and particulary hard to remove spyware - http://www.grisoft.cz/softw/70/filedir/inst/ewido-setup_4.0.0.172a.exe - free too!
