Anyone know what this area is like? Some people call it parson cross when you enter it off herries road its say welcome to southey?

others call it wadsley bridge and some call it southy green.

im confused is it all parson cross? i though poarson cross was up near deerlands and that............................

Just had mine valued at 90k,not bad after buying it for 25k, on Wordsworth Ave, all together now.......... MAGGIE MAGGIE MAGGIE.

Whats in a name, does it matter if its Southey, Parson x or Wadsley.
Its the area that counts, go and take a look and view for yourself.
If you like the area and it turns out to be Parson Cross instead of Wadsley Bridge would that influence your choice.
