What do think about the players that have signed for the Blades this week.

who have they signed?

Only heard about Jon Harley and you were all happy with him when he was on loan weren't you? He scores some cracking goals.

They've gone and signed a pair of wednesday rejects. Barry Hayles is a good signing for you but it gets a bit much when you have to accept our cast offs. You'll be pinching our nickname soon ( oh sorry you already did that didn't you)

dont know what WARNOCK thinking off sining Alan Quinn and that other pig hes signed this could be his one great mistake that gets him the sack from brammall Lane Next season

Hayles is the best striker you've signed for a long time - genuine Premier league standard.
Quinn is a tackling midfielder which is what I believe you've been missing since Brown left.. a minder for Tonge?
Bromby was rated at £1m by a couple of clubs early last season so why we let him go for nowt now is beyond me.. you might be pleasantly surprised mate.
If you're calling your own players pigs already you might be in for a long season.

I think Hayles is the best striker you've signed since Dean Saunders. Could be Warnock's saving grace.

Its a shame really cause while ever you've got warnock your going nowhere. If you had a different manager, i'm sure you'd have been promoted last year.

Forgive and forget, it's not those players fault they were given false hope of playing for a good football team when they signed for Wednesday. Hopefully they will do well for us and fit in quickly. Then we can win the greatest prize in world football, the Coca-cola Championship:thumbsup:

Check on Barry Hayles current form! He's scored 13 goals in total in the last three seasons!!Not exactly prolific .Perhaps Whorenock has signed him on the form he was in when Fulham got promotion.

Harley and Hayles = quality signings
Quinn -will be good if he stops getting booked/sent-off so often (we need someone to replace Brown)
Bromby-Ok for a free. could be ok or could be rubbish. Its 50/50- at least he may bring us a bit of pace in defence.

I woul'd agree we need to wait and see before making snapp judgements, the only thing that concernes me is the age of hayles is he 32 or 33 ? either way he can only be a short term signing.
What coul'd be interesting is if these ex owls get the chance to play in pressmans testimonial I can just immagine the reception they will get.
