At the Co-op travel holiday place for one lady's sterling work today in booking our new holiday/cum honeymoon for next year to the US for 21 days.

The lady in question- we didnt catch her name, but I think it was gemma, was very professional, very funny and -bless her- even though she had lost her voice, still managed to book our holiday quickly and efficiently.

Now my friends, thats what I call damn good service :thumbsup:
