I'm currently stuck between a choice of about three laptops (Acer Aspire 5612 WLMi; Dell Inspiron 1300 & Lenovo 3000 C100)

But don't know which are the best value for money, or best after-sales customer care etc.

Also, are there any shops/places that swap the files etc from your desktop PC over to the laptop, free? Or is it easy to do yourself?
