The Crystal peaks machine was broken but the Archer Rd one was fine. We just had one for an event this past weekend and the pic was great and the cake delicious! You could even include a pic of the person and/or writing on the cake to further personalise. Just ring to check first if the machine is ok! Let me know if it works out for you.
