Does anyone know of any local womens/mixed basketball teams that need players??

I use to play basketball when I was school (played national league for about 4years) but gave it up when I came to university and switched to another sport. I now really want to play again but in a more local league / recreation type team. I don't really know where to start to look for teams though.

If anyone has any links or contacts would be more appreciated!

hi i am currentlt playing basket ball with the spice group' however its not serious and there are hardly any rules so im not sure if its what you are looking for. however, its good fun. linda

i play at don valley stadium. only been once but loved it. is on tuesday evening at 7.45
