May I just remind you that re-registering is still considered illegal as far as the forum is concerned. The correct way of changing names is to contact Geoff and allow him to change your name for you.

Done that Sidla, i guess letting everyone know i have done it is a good start so then i can't be accused of using a double ID, i guess the mods will block my old one anyway.

No, what sidla means is that its against the T&Cs to register another account.

You should have waited for Geoff to reply to you and then he'd change your "Cycleracer" name to whatever you want it to, not to just go and re-register anyway.

No offence,but i really dont see the point in changing you name?? You've been here a long time and people know you from your on screen name. Just because you've retired from cycling it seems a bit daft to change it. So what happens when you stop presenting,will it be da gardener,da retired man,da fisherman??????? :P
