Has anyone had a manicure at the nail bar at meadowhall? I had one on sunday as a birthday present and was not impressed! The girl was just making small talk but wasn't listening when I replied,she was more interested in someone else. She filed my nails in all directions and I have heard you are supposed to file in one direction only,when I said so she dissagreed.
When I left,my husband who paid for it commented,that she hadn't gone far enough to the base and they looked a mess. Two of my nails were very rough and catching on everything,so I had to file them as soon as I got home.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

I've had my eyebrows waxed in there once, don't get me wrong, the girl (who only looked 12!) made a good job of them but let me walk out with green peppermint cream in the remaining hair, not a good look on top of the already glowing red eyebrows and it was pretty expensive too! :rant:
