Sorry for confusion. I work full time and do a part time course. Used work email as I access it more often. The results will be used to assess loyalty for hair salons and may in the future be used for a new business but initially for a dissertation in Marketing Management.

The results are completely annonymous as I have no way of finding out who completed the link.
