All this talk about Man U's awful midfield got me thinking.
Why oh why do we need Gattuso, we let our best midfielder go some time ago and it's time to get him back. Yes, I'm talking about Nicky Butt, whilst he was playing we were winning trophies galore.
Whilst your at it Fergie, bring back Russell Beardsmore too - legend!

Alex will need to pull a few rabbits out of his hat with the possibility of Ruud going and Ronaldo following. Will be interesting to see who he plays against Celtic at the weekend. First chance to see Rooney & Ronaldo play together, (or not). Live on Channel 5. :cool:

So it is, Soz. :thumbsup: getting back to Man Utd midfield. Pompey are just about to snatch Petrov from Celtic. Might be an idea for Sir Alex to watch him on Wednesday.
Man Utd played the kids apart from Scholes & the ripped Celtic apart,I think Fergy has some good kids coming through the ranks again.It is good to see British players in a team not like Arsenal.
Sooo Ruud + £10M for Carrick is the rumour.
