can anyone tell me what the advantages are of football shoes (not studded ones, just the ones for turf) over ordinary trainers?

Will they help my play in anyway?:confused:

They help loads as they are sturdier it means when you kick the ball more power is transferred. They are designed for the job. I can't play without mine now!
