Just tried a packet of Bassett's Fruit Allsorts - I don't like liquorice, so have never had the pleasure of having Liquorice Allsorts before.

Not very impressed with the fruity ones though - they taste a bit funny to me!

Anyone else tried them?

I was disappointed with them.

Tried some last week.

Can't say I've tried the fruit ones but anything has to be better then the liquorice ones (hurls)

The liquorice ones are great! Stupid traitorly fruit ones.

As Sheffielders you should eat lots of liquorice allsorts.

I didn't think they were too bad myself. I wouldn't buy them in bulk but they'll be ok once in a while.

despise liquorice, but weirdly like sambucca and its sort of the same aniseed-y type flavour :loopy:
what is the fruit flavoured bit, is it like red liquorice... that vaguely synthetic strawberry stuff??
