I think IBM may take objection to you passing them off, can I suggest some rebranding to something a little more creative?

I would be wary of anyone wanting cash only.

Provided you can get the machine to me and pick it up afterwards, I do virus and spyware removal for £20 and I do full reinstalls providing you can show me a valid license for £20.

£40 is over the top

Nice prices esme, and from reading your postings on the forum, the customer will get the guarantee that the work will be carried out by a professional person~not some rip of merchant~not that I'm saying ibmibm is

I thought that was quite average on price, more like you're cheap for someone who sounds like they know what they're doing.

well i wouldnt pay large sums for reinstalls. thats for sure. if the costs get too high it's cheaper to strip it down , ebay it & buy one from ebuyer for 199 quid.
i think £25 is a reasonable sum to pay for the labour involved on reinstalls & spyware etc.

Well, if you want a premium service, come to Very PC, you get a reputable merchant, with a place of contact, trading history, a great reputation, and we charge about the same or in some cases less than IBMIBM.
Plus you can pay by Visa, Cheque, solo, maestro, cash, etc. all with a full VAT receipt.

I still wouldnt pay £20 for virus and spyware removal from you either though.
Especially as people can come on here and ask how to do it themselves for free :hihi:

Not everyone has the technical know-how though (especially when it comes to hacking the registry - my fave Windoze hobby:D).

They could always come on here though and we can advise them how to for free- especially telling people which software is hot or not ie: Nortons
