I am looking for information and advice on the city centre residential property market.

Does this market reflect the general trends across the UK now? Is a good time to invest in apartments in the city centre for both living and investment purposes?

Also is it better to by new build apartments or stuff that's been around a couple of years. What's the difference in price and what I'm gona get for my money?

I bought a new flat in the city centre last August, and live there with my partner. Loving living here - best move we've ever made.

Apart from all that, all I know is that single living is on the rise. Experts reckon that by 2010 40% of us will be living alone. Seems a bit of a high figure to me, but hey, if it's true then they're all gonna want somewhere to live....... and what better than a nice, compact, clean and tidy modern flat in town.....???? Especially convenient for all those bars where the singles can meet up and attempt to become couples!!
