has anyone been?

Hi, I am a frequenter of YogaShala and have practised yoga in a few towns/cities before. Being new to the Sheffield area, I was delighted to find a centre that provides such good quality teaching.

There are two guys that I have been taught by. Both have been great and make you feel like you can do the yoga, even though I am not the most flexible person in the world!
