Just glancing down the new posts before I went to bed and was amazed and overwhelmed to see my name in the threads.

I am a lot better today, thank you, red and applegrim, It's reallly a case of getting my medication sorted, I have really reached rock bottom for the last few wks, but Spyro brightened my day by inviting me to go clubbing, Got a smile out of me spyro.
I had to decline his most kind offer as my zimmer frame was exhausted and I thought the age dfference to great. I hope that my namesake went in stead.
But I must confess that I have not got the hang of the pm's method of saving in files I seem to be accumulating lots of messages that I dont need to save and stopping the ones I do want coming in. Must get round to sorting it now I'm feeling better. will pm you both.
