Hi

I have slight ceiling leak (during rains) that I can't locate the source of (i.e. roof doesn't show any gaps and guttering is clear). Water could be coming through the wall and there is a plant that appears to be sprouting on the exterior side of the wall at the same level where the leak is. Has anyone had a similiar problem? Whats the best thing to do and is it worth showing to a professional? If so, any recommendations?

Cheers. :help:
