I used to have three or four firemen come into the exercise suite on most days, strip them, stick electrodes on them and get them running on the treadmill, test their muscle strength... I`m constantly trying to hold myself back these days. If I dont do it, then its only a matter of time before some nice gentlemen in white coats with a nice jacket with buckles on the sleeves do it for me.
