are you sure you are coming to the forum and you haven't been hijacked ?

As far as I can tell, the Forum's been well behaved recently.

Have you run a scan on your PC for viruses / Trojans / adware etc.?

i had an issue with it shutting me down when i moved pages. after 2 days of updates and some "geek" deletions.
everythings ok.

Is this the forum as a whole, or the chat room? If it's the chat room, then it seems to be affecting a lot of people at the moment- the temporary solution is to close your browser then reopen it and then re-enter chat. This reloads Java and should clear the problem.

Quick follow up on this - I had a message back t'other day from the people who provide the chat room. They're aware of occasional glitches, they are looking n to it, but they've not suggested anything new to us except 'reloading java run time helps'.

I did keep logging off & on again, but it still kept going dodgy, hoping tomorrow will be OK. Thanks all for the info.

It appears to be just the chat room, and its still doing it. Yesterday it sent the screen jumping around first as a warning it was on its way, today it just chucks me straight off the internet. Hope its not my computer thats up the swanee!
