Text often comes up with an unintended word before you press the button to change it. What amusing substitutions do you know?
eg, 'Sheffield' coming up as 'Shediddle' still amuses me, my church 'Eccles' comes up as 'Fables', and Heather came up as 'heavier' :P

Is there an art to using said frustrating mode of text, as it seems to me to be much like a chinese finger trap.

I had a lecturer at uni who used to amuse himself by feeding the names of his colleagues through the spellchecker on Word...he assured me that you get some startling results.

Mine comes up with ripped when I try type ******.

Before you put the final 'e' on tongue it spells vomit!!!

Always amuses me that does!!

Imagine if you have a friend called 'Karen', and see what it comes up with as the first 4 letters go in, hehe

my boyfriend's name is Rich, the next word after Rich on predictive text is nicely amusing ....

ive had a few wierd messages from my mum due to predictive text (i hope)

i got one a few weeks ago

"he up comin good now text of now pls. juv nun"

i eventually translated it. it was

if your comin home now text me now please. luv mum.

i was scared

the one i use a lot when you go to go down the pub for a PINT it first comes up with shot, then riot

so if your not carefull the txt says "i am just going for a quick shot"
or "i am just going for a quick riot"
