Just what goes on down there? Sometimes when I pass on Sunday afternoons, there are loads of youngsters presumably queueing up to get in. Is it something illegal?

it was a club night when i was there last saturday night. From what i know it has been used for various club nights over the years. are you sure it's a lap dancing bar lestat? there weren't any naked women there when i went. should i ask for a refund?

Andy, when it was first renovated and opened up a few years back I know it was a lapdancing bar as one of my mates was a bouncer on the door. Since then I couldn't tell you what it has turned into. I just assumed it stayed as it was, but maybe not.

ahh i see. It is a bit of a dump on the inside as well. Still had fun there though.

It seems they have been having a club night called Ahead at the venue. It's been used as a club venue for some time.

It would make a seriously good rock bar. We met up with one of the owners many months ago, they suggested we ran a rock night there for them, but as DJs.....which isn't what we wanted to do.

If it was ever to be put up for sale, we'd be interested.
